Users have the ability to add exceptions to rate tables at the client and matter level.
1. To access the rate table on a client or matter select the cog button at the top of the page
2. Select 'Rate Table' from the dropdown
3. Click the blue 'Edit' button on the right hand side of the page
4. You will now see a green button on the right hand side labeled 'Add Exception', click it
5. This will add a new line at the bottom of the rate table below
6. Click in the new line under the Timekeeper/Group column to select a Timekeeper/Group
7. Click in the new line under the Effective rate column to type in the new exception rate
8. Click the green 'Save' button at the top once completed
9. After Saving, a new dialogue box will appear asking you to select which entries you want the exception to be applied to

*Note: To remove an exception follow steps 1-3 and you will be able to click the red X next to the exception you want to remove*
