Problem/Issue:
A User/Admin is unable to see the Billing tabs on the Contact and Matter. Also they are unable to use Client Ledger, Matter Ledger and Matter Dashboard.
Resolution:
- Navigate to the System Settings menu in the bottom left hand side.
- Click on the 'User Information > User List' Menu item on the left hand side and select the user you want to give the 'Can Manage Billing' permission to.
- Select the Permissions tab and select the 'Can Manage Billing' checkbox.
- Press 'Save'
