Many email providers are using Sender Protection Framework (SPF) to verify that emails received from a domain are authorized/allow to be sent from that domain. This works by checking that your email sent from youremail@yourdomain.com against your email providers SPF record. Since emails sent on your behalf from Centerbase are not actually originating from yourdomain.com but our server, you need to modify your email providers SPF record to include our servers. Please add the following to your mail servers SPF text record
v=spf1 include:_spf.perfora.net ~all
You IT or mail administrator should know how to accomplish this, (the SPF record is on the DNS server that resolves your email MX/Domain reccords).
