This guide will walk you through the steps to authorize an alias email in Centerbase. An alias would be another email that is not the user's personal email.
By following these instructions, you'll ensure your email in Centerbase is allowed to send from the alias email account.
Step 1: Open an Incognito Window
In Google Chrome, click on the three dots (ellipsis) in the upper-right corner and select New Incognito Window.
Step 2: Log into Centerbase
When signing into Centerbase, do not use the Microsoft option. Instead, log in using your email and password.
Important:
To ensure the system prompts you to log in to your account, be sure to complete Steps 1 and 2. Skipping these steps will cause the system to automatically use the account information of the logged-in user, which can lead to unexpected results.
Step 3: Connecting Alias Account
- Click on Settings in the lower-left corner.
- Select Office 365
- Click the green Connect button under the Alias Authorization Section.
- Log in to the alias email account. (This step lets Centerbase know your email is authorized to send from the alias email.)
