Consolidated Bills will have Web Copies and will be able to be emailed.
After a Consolidated Bill has been created its Web Copy can be found under the green Actions button. This will open up a new tab with an online copy of the bill.
As with normal bills the Web Copy is a public link so Clients will be able to open and view it.
Unfortunately at the moment it is not possible pay a Consolidated Bill through the connected payment processor on the Web Copy.
Since Consolidated Bills are Client based rather than Matter based they have their own email template.
The Consolidated Bill Email template can be edited in the Admin Tool HTML editor. [[InvoicePublicLink]] will be replaced by the URL for the Web Copy. With this, a firm can email out their Consolidated Bills directly to Clients, so they can view, print, and download them, so they can easily assess all their current Matters and pay for them in a timely manner.
