The margins on checks printed from Centerbase can be adjusted by going to Print Checks in the Navigation Bar and selecting the Check Setup tab.
From here the default style can be set, whether its voucher style, standard sheets with 3 checks on them, or the Advanced check and you can change the margins for each check style. To change the values, click on the arrow controls within the boxes to increment a change and see it change dynamically in the print preview or enter a value into the field that will update the preview when you click out of the box. Using the arrows limits you to positive values less than or equal to 40 px. Values greater than 40 px can be entered by typing a number in the field, as well as negative numbers down to -15. Note: Entering a number lower than -15 will print with a 0 px margin.
Top Margin: Controls how far down from the top of the page the check will print. Adjust this if printed information is not printing on a preprinted line or is printing above the check’s border.
Left and Right Margin: Control how much space there is to the left and right of the check. Adjust this if checks are printing outside a border or on top of pre-printed text.
Bottom Margin: This affects how much space there is at the bottom of the check. Adjust this if the voucher area or the second and third checks are printing too high on the page.
Chrome Print Setting
Check printing is also affected by your Chrome printer settings. If checks are not printing how you would like them to, look at your print setting. Click on More Setting: paper size should be “Letter”, Pages per sheet should be "1", Page margins can be set here, default is normally ~0.4” on all sides which should work with all Centerbase supported Checks. Finally, the scale should be 100, the default should be 100 but you can confirm by changing the scale to custom and entering 100.
