In order to take advantage of our live bank and credit card account feed, you will need to make sure you have Integrated Accounting activated on your database and that you've requested an Online Bank Feed connection from your Centerbase Sales Representative or Customer Success Manager. There might be a charge associated with the online banking connection.
To connect your account, first, click on your Chart of Accounts located in the main menu.
Next, click on the Pencil in the Actions column for the account you would like to connect.
Next, click the Online tab and then click on the green Connect Account button.
Our online bank feed service will walk you through the process of logging in and connecting your account.
NOTE: the 'Days to Pull on Initial Connect' field is used to specify how many days of transaction your wish to download from your institution the first time you connect. This can be up to 365 days, if your institution supports it.
Please note: It is recommended that you use the same bank login for the entirety of your use of Online Banking. Changing logins will cause the previously matched transactions to become unmatched.
Lastly, navigate to the Online Banking section in your navigation bar. You will be able to download and add or match to an existing transaction already in Centerbase!
Although our service supports over 10,000 banks and credit card companies, not every type of account is supported by these institutions. Some commercial accounts may have trouble connecting using our service. For additional help, please contact our support team.
Clicking on the Update button will pull the available balance tied to the bank account once every 24 hours.
Please note: Disconnecting and reconnecting the bank account will cause all matched transactions to become unmatched.
