When using our Microsoft Word Add-in, users may save the document they are working on to their Centerbase database.
In our February 2019 Release, we removed our previous "CB Save As" button and merged its functionality with the "CB Save" button to simplify the way documents can be saved to Centerbase from Microsoft Word.
The "CB Save" button functions similarly to the "Save As" option in a Word document and makes it easier to ensure your documents are going to the correct location with the correct changes/revisions. Please note that the only way to update the document on Centerbase is to use the "CB Save" button. The Ctrl+S shortcut will only save your file locally.
To use the CB Save button, navigate to Centerbase at the top of your Microsoft Word Document toolbar.
Once you've finished putting together your document, you will see your CB Save button as an option at the top of your toolbar.
