When sending an Email of a bill or invoice, Centerbase offers the ability to attach a PDF copy of a single invoice or several from the same client or matter.
Method 1 (Single Bill):
From the Bill Actions drop-down, select Email
From the Send Email window, click on CB Attach
From the Documents window that will appear, you can select the file you want and click Select to attach it on the email.
The document selected will now be attached on the email.
Method 2: (Single or Multiple Bills)
On a Bills page, select one or multiple bills by checking the boxes next to the bills in a list.
After checking a box, the Actions dropdown will appear. When you have the bills selected that you want, click on the Actions dropdown and select Email PDF.
A single PDF will be generated for the selected bills and an email dialog box will open, with the PDF auto-attached. If you are on a client or matter, the Bill to Email settings are used to pre-populate the recipient.
