From the Bills grid, users may select any combination of bills (multi-select rules apply in this grid), then click Generate Printable PDF. This process does three things: creates individual PDFs for each bill, links the document to the bill record, then merges all the documents into a single PDF.

Returning to the Bills grid, a new button for will have appeared. Clicking this button will bring up the standard Windows save dialogue box allowing the user to save the PDF to their computer, at which point the user may open and print all their bills at once.

These instructions only seem to work for printing multiple "prebills," and not correct for printing multiple "invoices.
