- With the new SSO update there will now be two ways to log in. The first way is logging in with the email attached to the user and their Centerbase Password. The second way is if the firm has Microsoft Entra connected, then they will be able to click "Continue with Microsoft Account" by clicking on that the user will be able to log in to Centerbase with their Microsoft Credentials.
- Do I have to have a Microsoft 365 email?
- No you do not, you can log in using the first method explained in the question above.
- What is Microsoft Entra and how do I connect it to my Centerbase?

- Does Microsoft Entra have to be connected? Will I be locked out if I do not connect?
- No, you do not have to connect it, however it is HIGHLY recommended. You will not be locked out, as long as you have the correct email attached.
- How can I check if the correct email is attached?
- Your admin can look to see if the correct email is attached by going to System settings > User Management > User List
- I have the wrong email attached, how can I change it?
- Your admin can click on your user name in the User List, they will then see a screen where they can edit your email.
- Is there a new admin tool? Can I download it now or do I need to wait?
- There is a new admin tool, you can find it here. You can download it now.
- Are there new add-ins?
- Yes, you can also download these now, there is no need to wait.
- Does my mapped drive password change?
- You will not need to make any changes to the mapped drive bat file, unless you change your password.
- Will this have an impact on MFA?
- At this time, MFA is still being worked on by our developers. You will not be prompted with MFA.
- I'm getting errors when trying to log in, what do I do?
