Centerbase Support is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST Monday-Friday.
To submit a support ticket, navigate to the Help Center and click Submit a Request. For additional info on using the Help Center, please refer to this article. Typical response time is one hour depending priority. Please include as much detail as possible, including screenshots, about the issue you are experiencing to expedite the troubleshooting process. If you are experiencing multiple issues, please open a separate ticket for each issue.
