With the new login screen you may face new issues. Below are common issues and the possible fix to them.

1) Invalid user

• If you get this error have an admin go through the user list located in System Settings. Make sure that you have an email attached to your user. If you have an email and are getting this error, check to see if it is a valid email, if two users have the same email and check to see if there is a space before or after your email address. 

2) Wrong email or Password 

•  When you get this error, click on the forgot password link, you should get an email that will allow you to change your password. If you do not get the link, or if after you reset your password you are still getting an error, connect with your admin. Your admin will need to download the new admin tool, in this new admin tool they will be able to reset your password for you.
