Users can mass generate and download Matter Statements based on various filters. This feature can be accessed by clicking on Billing > Matter Statements.

The user can filter by Client, Matter, or Matter filter and by balance.
The Matter Filter is defined under the Matter Advanced Search and can be used to display only particular matters.
Once a filter is applied, users can move down to the grid to select particular accounts, or check the box next to "Select" for all accounts. If only one account is selected, the user can click the arrow next to "Open" to download the Matter Statement.
If multiple matters are selected, the user can select "Generate Statements" to download the individual matter statements. The green "Actions" button can also be selected to create a combined PDF with all the matter statements in one file as well.

I tried adding the "Generate Statements" field and it is not an option. I did everything in the support article. I am a super user and I have no ability to mass generate statements.
This is only good if you are sending bulk e-mails. This is not how to send individual emails through Matter Statements at the bottom of the ribbon on the left-hand side of the screen.
