AR Threshold

A new “stop work” feature built to raise a notification when there is an issue with a balance on a matter. Users can now be notified to stop working on a matter when the AR balance exceeds a certain threshold or becomes excessively late.

To turn this on System-wide: 

1. Navigate to Centerbase > System Settings > Billing > General > Payments 
2. Enter an A/R Ceiling (in dollars) and/or A/R Aging Amount (days) 
3. Check the box ‘Require Both Conditions for A/R Ceiling’ if only the warning to trigger when both conditions are true is needed.  
4. Click on Save 

When the conditions are met, the following screens/locations will display a banner indicating work should cease:
