What are Location Codes?
To turn them on, simply go to billing settings at the system, client, or matter level and click on the check box to turn them on just like billing codes. Labels used can be changed as well as what class of location codes to limit to and what the default code is. Once turned on, anywhere that billing entries can be edited or created will allow users to enter or edit the location code too.

System Settings
You will need to turn on Location Codes by going to System Settings > Billing > General > Click on"Use Location Code" > Save.
Adding Location Codes to the Navigation Bar (if needed)
To add the Location Code to the navigation bar, you'll go to System Settings > Navigation Bar > Add > Item List > Select "Location Codes" > Move "Location Codes" under Billing Section > Save.
Creating Location Codes
To create a Location Code, you'll click on the blue + sign in the top right > Location Codes > Enter Details > Save.
