When an activity is created in Centerbase and synced with Outlook, the Scheduled Users section may show an orange icon and Pending Sync to Outlook for each user.
If this is the case, that means that Centerbase and Outlook haven't had a chance to communicate with each other. The correct message should display after 5 to 10 minutes and refreshing the activity using the refresh icon in the top right corner.
