You can change the way tasks and appointments appear on the calendar, and show or hide any field that is part of the activity.
First, from your calendar view, click the gear in the upper right corner.
From the dialog that appears, you can do the following:
- Select what fields appear on the activity/task tile
- NOTE: Scheduled Users is a special field that allows you to show ONLY the staff/users that are scheduled for the activity.
- In the format column for this type, you can choose what specific field from the users record to display, such as their initials, full name, etc...
- NOTE: Scheduled Users is a special field that allows you to show ONLY the staff/users that are scheduled for the activity.
- Select the format for the field in the Format column
- Show a custom label for the field
- If the field is called 'Activity Subject' you can display only the label 'Subject' by typing this value in the Custom Label column.
SPECIAL NOTE:
You are able to display NO LABEL at all in the tile for the field selected by typing the word "NULL" in the custom label column, this will only show the field data, and not the label.
