To view the Office 365 settings for the law firm, click on the gear in the lower left hand corner and select "System Settings"
Then, in the System Settings Navigation Bar, select "0365"
From here, you will see a screen with multiple options for Office 365 configuration:
- Defaults Centerbase to send created tasks to Outlook. Can always be unchecked when creating an activity.
- Defaults Centerbase to send created appointments to Outlook. Like tasks, can always be unchecked when creating an activity.
- When deleting in Outlook, deletions will not reflect in Centerbase if user does not have permission to delete.
- When editing in Outlook, edits will not reflect in Centerbase if user does not have permission to edit
- If checked, editing skills depends on securities given to the user or on the activity itself. If unchecked, only organizers and creators can edit activities
- Allows activities created in Outlook to show up in Centerbase
- If only certain activities need to come over to Centerbase, add a prefix here. In outlook, those activities must have that prefix in the subject line to come over. Leave blank for all activities to come over.
Below that will show all the users that are currently connected to Office 365, along with a list of the Centerbase username, the Office 365 username and the Office 365 email that is used.
After all the settings look correct, click "Save" in the lower right hand corner to save the changes
