Setting Up Your Sync
This guide will walk through connecting to Office 365 from Centerbase.
Each user will need to log in with their Office 365 account under the User Settings > Office 365 tab. Clicking the Connect button will bring up an external O365 login authorization page.
The message below will display if the log in was successful.
Once a successful message is received, go back to the User Office 365 settings by closing the window. The User Office 365 settings should now look like the following:
Select the appropriate time zone, then click the green Save button in the top right corner to save the connection settings. The Outlook calendar and Centerbase calendar will now be able to sync with each other.
Troubleshooting
The below error message is a safety measure designed to make sure the same Office 365 login is not used multiple times for syncing, as this can cause various issues. If an error message like the one below is received in error, please contact Centerbase Support; Support can override this.
