If you receive the following message, "Failed to retrieve transactions from online bank", when trying to update your online banking feed you will need to disconnect and reconnect your bank account.
To reconnect, go to your Chart of Accounts, find the account in question, and click on the pencil icon to edit:
Please note, disconnecting will clear the history of matched transactions. When reconnecting, it might be necessary to re-match items that have already been done depending on the date of the new pull.
