Problem:
When opening NetDocs within a matter, the client gets an error that reads "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect."
Solution:
Whenever this error occurs, typically there is some sort of blocker that is preventing NetDocs from showing up within Centerbase, usually coming from a DNS Resolver. An example of this is Microsoft Azure.
To get NetDocs to show up, go into the DNS Resolver and see if there is an option to Deny X-Frame. If this option is turned on, that is preventing the website from showing up in Centerbase. We will need to disable it in order to continue through Centerbase.
