Advanced Search

A powerful feature in Centerbase is the ability to search within the text of documents within the web interface. To use the feature, on the Documents page, click on Advanced Search, choose the condition Document Content, select the search type and enter the text you want to search with. 

Limitations

Please note: There a few limitations to using this feature

1. Files must be uploaded to Centerbase via the Centerbase Word add-in. When the file is uploaded, the text is indexed and becomes accessible through that search feature. 
2. Files that can be indexed are limited to Word docs.
