Accessing Charts in the Admin Tool

When to Use the Admin Tool to Edit Charts

Charts will typically be built in the Centerbase web interface, and is the recommended place to build them. However, if there is a chart on the website, and the creator doesn't have the ability to edit, it likely was created in the Admin Tool, which means it will need to be edited there.

Here's an example where a chart was built in the web interface (1) and where one was built in the Admin Tool: 

Finding Charts in the Admin Tool

To get to Charts, click on the Dashboard tab and click on Maximize

A new tab will now appear called Charts. Clicking on it will show the toolset for creating new charts and editing charts. 

By default the list of charts shown will only be the recent items. To show all charts, click on Custom View> All Charts

Now all of the available charts should be showing in the list under the Item Explorer.
