Solution:

Typically this will mean multiple users are attempting to process or run an object at Centerbase at the same time. For example, two users attempting to generate the same bill at the same time.

Do a hard refresh (CRTL + F5) of the website and attempt what we are trying to do again. Rerunning the process will allow the user to bypass that error again if there are not multiple users attempting the same thing.
