Why does the Production & Origination report return "Unallocated Origination Share" when there are originators on the matter?

Answer

This can be caused if there is a previous version of the Origination settings that do not have the Originator defined. Try running the details view to pinpoint the specific Matter(s).

 

Previous versions can be found under Origination settings > Other Versions.
