To log into your Centerbase system, you will need to know the Centerbase URL for your firm. You will need to get this from your Centerbase Administrator.
The format is typically "YourFirmName.Centerbase.com"
You will then enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, any admin on the system can reset it (see Managing Centerbase Users for instructions). If you are an admin, another admin on the system can reset your password, or please email email@example.com and copy someone else at the firm who can verify that you're an admin.
If your firm has implemented Two-Factor Authentication, you may need to enter a security code that can be emailed or sent via text message if you are logging in from a new or expired system. To set up Two-Factor Authentication, please see here: Two-Factor Authentication.
If you enter the code you receive and it prompts you to send another code, please see 2-Factor Authentication Troubleshooting for instructions to resolve the issue.
