When using Single Sign On (SSO) to log in to Centerbase, users may get a Invalid user error: Error during login Error code: access_denied . Typically users will get this error if their email has been set up incorrectly. Below are the steps on how to correct their email address.
- Go to System settings
- Click on User Information > User List
- Find the user on the user list and find the user you are looking for
- Click on the user
- Under General Information, you should have the ability to edit their email.
- After editing their email, click save and ask the user to try logging in again.
