SSO: Error during login

When using Single Sign On (SSO) to log in to Centerbase, users may get a Invalid user error: Error during login Error code: access_denied . Typically users will get this error if their email has been set up incorrectly. Below are the steps on how to correct their email address. 

1. Go to System settings 
2. Click on User Information > User List 
3. Find the user on the user list and find the user you are looking for 
4. Click on the user 
5. Under General Information, you should have the ability to edit their email. 
6. After editing their email, click save and ask the user to try logging in again.
