Centerbase has a mode that is more like QuickBooks where the accounts and prices for things come from the billing code itself. In the system settings under accounting you would choose to use billing codes instead of revenue allocation. Most law firms use Revenue Allocation. Billing Codes style is typically for non-law firms.
