Export to Excel

In order to utilize the Export to Excel feature, all users must have proper permissions configured or they will get the following error: "You do not have permission to export grid data".

Permissions can be configured through the Centerbase admin tool by the company's designated administrator.

This permission is located in the System Settings>User Information, either in the User List or the User Profile. The User Profile is the preferred place to set the permissions and will override any permissions set on the User List account. 

Go into the User Profile to edit (or User List account if you're not using profiles). In the Permissions tab, scroll all the way to the bottom to the section, Additional Permissions. The box, Export Data, will need to be enabled for every user that needs the export feature.
