Appointment and Task Form Layouts

Centerbase now offers separate form layouts for Activity sub types!

This allows you to separate what the forms look like and what fields are available on an Appointment versus a Task. 

• When creating or saving a form layout for an Object Type that has subtypes, the user will be prompted to enter desired subtype (e.g. Activities will allow user to select Appointment or Task).

• The ‘Select Subtype:’ drop down will autofill when saving but will be left blank by default when creating a new form layout for Activities.

• If the user clicks the options button, a dialog will pop up and allow the user to rename and set the currently edited template as the default for the  templates Object and subtype.

• Tasks and Appointments will have distinct default layouts.
