A couple of notes: 

• Rather than testing calls to the API with Fiddler, it is recommended to use either Insomnia or Postman
  • https://insomnia.rest/
  • https://www.getpostman.com/
• To call the Centerbase Service or Web API using the .NET framework (3.5 or higher), you can reference the attached Centerbase API Client Proxy in your project.  CBAPIClientProxy.zip
• The API is accessed at https://YourFirmName.centerbase.com/mobile/api.svc/json
  Please ensure you use the entire URL, including .svc/json
