In Centerbase, permissions to view reports can be set either on a user level or for each specific report tab.
To give a user access to all reports, navigate to System Settings > Users. Once you've selected the user you wish to grant access to all reports to, navigate to the Permissions tab at the top, and select the Access All Reports checkbox. This will give the user access to all available reports within your Centerbase.

Setting Permission Based on Specific Report Tabs
Alternatively, you may set specific permissions for each Report tab you have. In your System Settings, navigate to Report Manager > Tabs. Select the Report tab you wish to set permissions for.
Once you've selected the tab, click on the Users and Groups dropdown. Now you will be able to select which specific users or groups have access to this specific report tab.
You may select one or multiple users/groups, as displayed below in the Users and Groups box.
Once you've set your permissions, select Save at the bottom of your Tabs Manager page.
