Centerbase users have the option for activities in Centerbase to be synced with Outlook as meetings with the Activity Organizer.
When creating a new Activity, if the creator is connected to Outlook then they will be the default Organizer. All synced Activities will require an Organizer.
If the Organizer needs to be changed, the user can click the Organizer to bring up a dialog with a user lookup to select and schedule the organizer. The Organizer must be connected to Outlook and the Organizer must be scheduled on the activity.
The Organizer field is read only if it appears on the form and the Organizer can not be changed if the activity is linked to an Outlook event. If the activity is already linked to Outlook, the Organizer button will not appear near the scheduled list.
When the activity is saved and pushed to Outlook, the Non-Organizer attendees will receive invites from the Organizer about the new/updated meeting in their outlook calendar.
