Centerbase Web Application
- Google Chrome Browser
Windows Administrative Tool
- .NET Framework of 3.5 and 4.6
Centerbase Document Management / Email / Calendar Sync
- Minimum: Microsoft 365 Business Basic
- Works with web version of Microsoft Office only
- Ability to open a document from Centerbase Document Management in the desktop version of Microsoft Office applications will not work with this plan
- Recommended: Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Premium
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Plans also supports full functionality for Centerbase Document Management, Email and Calendar Sync
Mobile Application
- Centerbase's mobile apps are available on iOS and Android and are supported by the latest OS versions.
Internet Bandwidth
Centerbase is a cloud-based application that requires users to have an internet connection. For optimal performance, clients should utilize the maximum internet bandwidth offered in their area.
If a client is using Centerbase Document Management, firms should consider the size of documents they will be uploading and downloading from Centerbase. At a minimum, clients should have 50 Mbps/25 Mbps upload/download speed.
If you're not utilizing Centerbase Document Management, at a minimum, clients should have 25 Mbps/10 Mbps upload/download speed.
