The Centerbase Outlook add in can only be used with the 32-bit version of Office. One common issue with the Centerbase Outlook add in is attempting to install or use the add in with a 64-bit Office installation. The install process may or may not fail, but the add in WILL NOT load or run properly.
Follow the instructions below if you are experiencing issues with the add in running or loading to verify you are running the 32-bit version of Office.
- From Outlook, click the File tab, then 'Office Account' or 'Account'
- Click the 'About Outlook' button as shown above.
- Verify in the dialog that appears that you are running 32-bit office. If you are running the 64 bit version, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the 32-bit version of Outlook. There is an option during the download and install process to choose 32-bit office.
