Split Billing - Now Out of BETA Phase
We're excited to announce that after working through the refinement and improvement of our split billing functionality the past few months, we've phased it out of BETA and it is now a final, functional feature.
LawToolBox Updates
Since our last update, we've been improving several UI components of LawToolBox. These updates include:
- Ability to add or removed deadlines from panels
- The same Trigger Date is now prevented from being added multiple times to a matter
- A "Manage LawToolbox Deadlines" user permission has been added
- Now all users' deadlines will sync to Outlook 365, not just the current user
- Updated behavior to show/hide the save button
- Our LawToolBox integration can now handle all report codes
- Added ability to add matter name, number, or any other field on an activity (in either the subject or description)
- Improved overall performance
E-Billing Updates
We've improved the functionality and ease of use in our E-Billing feature.
- Users now have the ability to add matter name, number, or any other field on an activity (in subject or description)
- There is now an E-Billing section to matters to set fields used in LEDES/LSS
- Fixed an issue where default values were sometimes used instead of specified values
- Resolved an issue where validation page would not identify what was causing errors

- Generating client numbers for contacts that get their first matter
- Adding new auto-numbering code to the Outlook Add-in
- Updated auto-numbering to work better on an existing client who wants to enable it later
