Have you ever been working in Centerbase and wanted to quickly find a help article relevant to the current page you're on? With our Help Widget integrated into the Web version of Centerbase, users can easily view any existing help articles related to the current page or dialog that they're on.
To locate the Help Widget, navigate to the bottom of your Centerbase homepage. In the bottom left corner by "Log Off" and "Settings," you should see a circle with a question mark in the center. This is the Help Widget icon.
Once you click on the widget icon, a new dialog will appear that allows you to search for a specific topic. You may also read any of the articles listed under "Top Suggestions," which will auto-generate to reflect the settings or features directly related to the current page you're on.
The Help Widget will also appear when users are in a dialog within Centerbase. The Help Widget will display in the top right corner, as shown below. When users click on this, it will open the same dialog box shown above. Click the question mark again to close the widget.
