When changing passwords within Centerbase Web Application, below are the requirements that needs to be satisfied.
Note: Admins can set simple passwords with no restrictions when using the PC Client (Desktop Admin Tool). Users will need to satisfy the requirements when changing passwords from the User Settings interface within Centerbase.
2-Factor Authentication can also be turned ON for Centerbase users. This setting can be configured by Admins by going through System Settings > System Configuration > Security > 2-Factor Authentication. When this option is enabled, the user will be asked to provide additional details before access will be allowed.
