Hello Centerbase Family!
May is here and as you get ready for Memorial Day weekend Centerbase has some
updates we would like to share with you. I would like to call out our enhancements
around accounting Categories & performance enhancements around saving line items
in ePre-Bill approval. Most of the updates are resolving specific issues that you can
read about below.
Accounting
- Fixed a bug in Advanced Search that caused an error when switching between "Classes"
in Billing Entry and Activity queries. - Added a save protection when user clicks Esc or "x" on Journal Entry dialog so data
entered is not lost by default. - Added "Category" label to Category column in Journal Entries Details Page.
- Added "Uncategorized" column to Category P&L Report.
- Added Responsible Attorney and Last Bill Date to Trust Balance Details Report
Advanced Reporting
- Fixed an issue with General Ledger report filter that was causing duplication of and
inability to delete filters.
Billing
- Enhanced performance in saving line items while editing a pre-bill.
- Fixed an issue in ePre-Bill Approval where date was sorting based on value rather than date. Also fixed on other tabs of ePre-Bill Approval.
- Improved the process of removing a billing entry from a flat rate bill. Now when the entry is removed it's billable value will be reset to what it was before the bill was set to flat rate instead of retaining it's flat rate adjustment.
- Fixed a bug that was resulting in inconsistent production of post-snapshots of child bills of consolidated bills.
- Fixed issues with bill number auto-incrementation and Last Bill Date not populating correctly.
Calendar
- Addressed an issue where the repeat dialog didn't update the recurrence range when the
user changed the date on an all-day appointment. - Fixed an issue where time displayed incorrectly when exported from the Calendar to Excel.
- Corrected an issue with the scheduling conflict check where Daylight Savings Team caused conflict status to be inaccurate.
Timekeeping
- Fixed an issue on the timesheet where changing the worked hours on a time entry then
starting the timer would not update the timer and it would continue from where the timer
was stopped previously. it will now start from the entered time - Removed a reference to use timekeeper security from the save user profiles dialog as user profiles work with use timekeeper security.
- Fixed and issue where a user could use mass edit to delete the timekeeper from a time entry
Miscellaneous Updates
- Hides "Doc Management" tab for customers not using the new Doc Management feature
- Limited Image uploads to only allow image file types
- Addressed an issue where a white screen sometimes appeared when trying to log in to the Admin tool or Add-ins using the new login.
- Fixed an issue that could cause the an import to fail and crash the admin too
